Be sure to include a full work history and training history. Also include four personal references and four work references. Incomplete resumes will not be responded to because we are so busy there is no time to hunt down incomplete information. Video submissions of you teaching , not just performing, will also be accepted through email as well
We do background checks and drug testing for the safety of our staff and students.
We prefer teachers with a degree in their method of fine or performing arts, but will also consider college students sophomore level and up as well as anyone who can document and provide proof of a high level of training in the method they are applying to teach.

At TDCP we believe that we exist for the students and our programs are all about the students. That is why we offer fun events such as community involvement events, bring a friend week, character building programs and student appreciation days as an extra value to our program.
We offer programs that are technique based that are centered around fun and education. No other programs in our area compare. We are constantly adding new programs and curriculum to offer to our families.
We welcome teachers that know how to teach basic fundamentals as well as the complex. We also have open application year round and you can download an application for emplyment on this page. It is suggested that you include a full resume with complete references as well. We perform background checks on all personnel and do random drug testing within our company.
