Move-N-Learn Academy is a wonderful arts based preschool program that offers preschool age education through movement and the arts. Students enjoy studying numbers, alphabet, science, pre-reading skills, holidays, seasons, manners and character skills, social behaviors and more while enhancing their general education through the addition of Creative Movement and Dance, Gymnastics,Music Pups, Art, Music Making and Dramatic Play. Our philosophy is that a child is meant to be active and that they learn better by moving and interacting rather than by standing in line or sitting for long periods of time. After all, a young child's learning is more than just pencils and paper!
The music program materials is by The Music Class, a national program delivered through certified studios. The program includes a music book and cd of songs that the child and family can enjoy at home. This program changes every 10 weeks. The gymnastic and creative movement classes are also from a proven syllabus used nationwide.
The teachers have a strong background in educating the young child and are kind, loving and disciplined. Nothing is left to just a guess in this program. Teachers file a written lesson plan with the Artistic Director and these are kept on file to compare to the self improvement of the individual students.
Another national program, Powerful Words, is also used through out the day while in class. Powerful Words is a character building and self improvement program designed for young children. The program focuses on one empowering word or phrase per month. Activities and "homework" are part of the program. Students completing their work receive a dog tag with the Powerful Word printed on it. Students collect the dog tags as a way of reminding themselves of the work that has been done and the empowering of the word in their lives. The Powerful Words Program has been in use at our facility since February of 2007.
New programs added for this year are Computer module, Spanish simple words and phrases and Pre-Piano skills.
Classes are limted to a low enrollment level, allowing our students more personal time with the teachers. Teacher student ratios are 1:8 in the 2-3 yrs of age program and 1:10 in the 4-5 yrs of age program. Early registration is always encouraged and currently registered families receive preference for registration.
Move-N-Learn Academy Is offered in two sessions, the school year, August through May, and the summer session of June and July. Swimming lessons are included in the summer session and students registered in our programs during the school year are given first opportunity to register for the summer placements.

TUMBLE DANCE & CHEER PRODUCTIONS offers facility tours on Fridays. We invite you to take a look at our facility and visit with our staff in person. We offer a staff that trains on a regular basis and holds certifications in their specialty areas, a clean and well maintained facility and a passion for teaching movements in the correct kinetic order. TDC Productions is a member of USA Independent Gym Clubs, ODMA, PASS Ambassadors, Gym Certified and are AACCA Safety Trained.
