Our sports classes is where performing and fine arts and strength come together! Classes in tumbling and gymnastics show both beauty and grace in movement performance/competition. Cheer incorporates the fun and agility, plus fexibilty, you most often find in dance classes in the choreography and spirit dance worlds. Swimming is pure grace in motion while cutting through the water with strength and endurance.
Our Sports Redinesss/Fitness program works will for students that did not find dance (although dance is a sport) to be for them. It also allows younger students the enjoyment of learning the basics of a sport and reap the benefits of movement development and fitness all in one class.
It is only fitting that we offer these programs to our students, although not all sports programs will be offered in all locations. Be sure to check out each individual sports program that we offer!
